In addition to this there were 300 leather-bound copies, numbered and signed by the author. There was a further edition of 30 copies, numbered I - XXX, with a signed lithograph laid in. These three issues bring the total number of copies to 3,330 which is often quoted. This copy is from the "Edition Francaise reserve aux bibliophiles tiree a 50 exemplaires numerotes de 01 a 50", "French edition reserved for bibliophiles, numbered from 01 to 50.". Despite the appelation "Edition Francaise," this is an issue of the English language edition. The French language edition was entitled, "Les Ephemeres: Les Mouches Artificielles et Leur Montage." This too, was released in more than one issue.
