1929.  rev Edn.  31 pages, 12mo, 3 pages of diagrams showing 6 figures of gun sections with accompanying descriptions within the text. Original purple cloth, with gilt title and crests to upper cover vg. Ownership inscription to front blank for "R Buxton Blakeney Norfolk 1936". The page for notes on the gun and cartridge, has been filled in giving the gun serial number and notes on loads in ink also pencil notes on Goose Load etc also a couple of the pages which have pencil notes to the lower blank margins relating to shooting. A VG copy, a guide to the users of Purdey guns given with the guns. There was a reprint done in the late 60s which is often confused with the original edition. [21993]
