Summary:
28 pages, Illustrated throughout from photographs, bookplate to the front paste down of "Library Of Narkunda". The SS Narkunda a P&O ship which took passengers and mail primarily between Britain, India and Australia before the second world war. Blue cloth binding with gilt title to upper cover and photo insert of a leaping marlin, light fading to spine and top edge of the rear cover. Baker notes Tuna were caught this year in the outer waters of the Bay of Islands and other costal waters further north, "it is hoped that Tuna will also be found in 1938". The book is very much a guide on fishing the area detailing tackle required and methods of fishing. There is no indication to how many copies were printed.
