Bound in the publisher's green cloth gilt rhino head to the upper cover within black ruled borders. A very good + clean copy the cloth clean with no splits or chips. Myers was a British Army surgeon attached to the Coldstream Guards. Myers embarked on a sporting expedition in the land of the Hamrans, his hunting party encountered lion and elephant Crossing the Setit river they enjoyed considerable sport after rhinoceros and buffalo and numerous engagements with lions.
