Bound in the publisher's green cloth with gilt title and vignette of Jock to upper board and antelope to spine, neat strengthening to verso very head of the spine. A very good copy of a South African classic described by Mendelssohn as "Perhaps one of the best dog stories ever written." The life of Jock the animals and people of the veldt.
