I have been unable to trace the publisher's cloth to compare but possibly this is the original or an early remaindered binding, cloth clean and tight. Most of the book recount the author's military experience. there is a chapter of sporting interest noting capturing elephants and additional chapter detailing hunts for buffalo, tiger, rhinoceros.
