IX 418 pages, 12 full page steel engravings and text woodcut illus, some occasional spotting to contents, publishers brown cloth, gilt Walton cartouche to upper board within blind stamped border, blind stamp Walton cartouche to rear board within blind stamped border, spine with gilt illustrated title, showing gilt fly, a cluster of fish hanging from the lower frame, gilt rod and neck and basket to base of spine. this binding is not noted by Coigney it also differs from Coigney in that there are no adverts, some light rubbing to head and tail of spine with some fading to cloth, a vg copy of an unrecorded binding Coigney 56
