Old stain to part outer blank margin of 9 pages in The Laws of the Forest. Later not recent recased retaining the original calf board showing wear to edges and surface rubbing, with a later spine. First published in 1696 and rarely found complete, thought to be the first book to describe shooting flying. Contains an enormous store of information on field sports Often broken for the fine sporting plates, the plates show a variety of sporting scene.
