120+ pages, 48 blank pages titled "Fysshe Stories", 1 of 100 large paper copies, this being number 63, noted in ink on verso bottom margin of title page and signed by the publishers Field and Tuer, hand coloured woodcuts throughout the book by the author. To the front paste down are linen pockets titled "baccy, hara, tynes, more baccy, fysshe tales I believe, tyme flies, hookes and I's. To rear paste down a linen pocket for fysshe stories I don't believe". Some light spotting to pockets, two tone full vellum binding, gilt title and date with fish vignette to upper cover, gilt fishing scene to rear, some discolouration to the vellum, retaining the original cloth ties. Overall a vg copy of the limited edition seldom found in vg condition. Crawhall's abridged edition of the Complete Angler with 36 songs and poems taken form the 5th edition. Horne 122 Coigney 126
